Some of you may have heard that mark – our master mechanic, 9 speed affectionato, big salad eater, and all around good guy – was involved in a car accident this past weekend. He sustained some pretty serious injuries – broken pelvis, 2 broken vertebrae, broken ulna, and numerous other cuts, scrapes and bruises. Mark is a trooper, and his “glass half full” attitude is pulling him though this. He is recovering at CMC in the trauma unit and hopefully will get to come home soon. I will keep everyone updated here and on facebook.

This past Sunday the CBC team helped Neal Boyd put on the Race City Cross Race in Mooresville where more that 150 people came out to race on a crisp, sunny, 35 degree day. The team was out in force setting up the course on Saturday and Sunday, working registration during the race and then tearing down and cleaning up. Even with all of that going on a lot of the guys got out a raced and did really well. A great start to the season.
